Minimate Apps builds focused, lightweight custom input and merchandising apps for merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use any Minimate Apps product in connection with your Shopify-supported store. The same practices apply across all of our apps.

Personal information we collect

When you install one of our apps, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account, specifically your store’s products and store theme, so the app can display and style the fields it adds to your product pages. We do not store any of your customers’ personal information in the app.

How we use your personal information

We use the personal information we collect from you in order to provide the service and to operate the app. Additionally, we use this information to communicate with you, to optimize or improve the app, and to provide you with information relating to our products or services.

Your personal information that is collected by the app is not shared with third parties.

Data retention

When an app is installed on your store, we maintain the store domain and email unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices, or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
